The Chase with a Drug Addict

There was this old lady, she could have been anyone's grandmother. The lady was showing my husband and me an old garage that her father had fixed up. It was painted really nicely, and had wall to wall carpet. One end had two car garage doors, the other end had one regular door, and there was windows on the sides. She was telling us how her father had wanted to turn it into a house, because there was many houses around it. But since there had been drug addicts breaking in to hide their drugs, she wanted to tear it down. I looked out the window and saw a drug addict looking back at me. He was looking out a window of a house next to us. For some reason I thought that it would be fun to make fun of him, so I stuck my tongue out at him. He didn't like that very much, because he left the window and was headed toward our garage. I ran to the door to lock it, but I was a little to late, he got to the door first, and I couldn't push it enough to get the lock to fasten. So I mentioned to my husband to run out the garage door while I held the door shut. And he did just that, and then I let the door open and I was pushed between the door and the wall. Somehow in my mind it was the grandmother behind the door, and I have no idea where I am at. I basically disappeared from this dream. But anyway, once the drug addict entered the room the grandmother snuck out behind the door and ran out the doorway. She started running of flights of stairs, which turned out to be stairs in a mall. The drug addict was climbing the stairs right behind her. She found two elevators, but she decided that she didn't have time to wait for an elevator. So she ran around a corner and jumped up on a bench, which was right next to a wall, and stood there like a manikin. The drug addict ran around the corner and didn't even notice her there. He opened a door right next to her and ended up in a police station. So the grandmother walked in behind him and had him arrested.

Birthday Girl and Tongue of Mushrooms

One of my dreams the other night was about a little girls birthday party. It took place on a small farm. The little girl seemed to be a very happy person while she was opening up her gifts. But when she was finished, her parents went into the house and brought out a note for her to read. It said that since she is now in kindergarten it was time for her to start paying her own way, which included paying for all the gifts that she just received. She got very upset and jumped over a fence to get away. She ended up walking toward a small house, but just before she knocked she would walk away, then she would think again, and walk back to the house, just to walk away right before she decided to knock. But she didn't have to knock the last time, because the door opened and a lady appeared. She took the note from the little girl and read it. Her face went blank with disbelief and then started to yell at the parents for what they thought their child should do. Then she put one arm around the little girl and helped her into the house.

I had a dream last night, I was walking around in a foreign location. I have no idea why I was there or what I was doing. But I noticed that I was having a really hard time talking. My tongue felt like it was swollen. So I stuck my tongue out and felt it with my fingers. I could feel that there was something on it. So I pinched and pulled on it and I ended up pulling off mushrooms! I kept doing this until I had an entire fist full of mushrooms. But somehow I knew that there was someone else around that had mushrooms growing off their tongue. So I asked a lady if the mushrooms that I had, looked like his. She looked at them and pointed at one and said that his looked like that one, but she had never seen anything like the other ones before. So I ended up looking in a mirror at my tongue and it was entirely covered with mushrooms, so I headed out looking for a doctor to help me.

My old Dreams

This is my first writing on my blog, so I have so many past dreams I can write about. I am one of those people that have terrible nightmares. If you were to see me, you really wouldn't think I would have such terrible dreams. I am a very easy going friendly person. But in my dreams at night, it is all about someone chasing or killing me. I have been told that I could take my dreams and write a book, I could be the next Steven King. Maybe I could make a book of them in the future, but at the present time I would rather just write them in my blog.

Lets start at the beginning I'll tell you about the first dream I remember having as a child. I was about 10 years old when I had this dream. And in real life I have 1 sister, 2 brothers and my mom and dad. So here we go:

It all started off in our little house in the country. All six of us were in the house when there was a knock at the door. My dad went to find out who it was. I glanced out and to me it looked like a salesman. Dad went outside to talk to the man, and the rest of us were in the family room, which is located in the middle of the house. But when I looked out the family room window I could see that dad was talking to the man at the side of the house, but located closer to the front door. The next thing I knew the man stabbed my father! I was horrified. But when I couldn't say anything to anyone in the room. I just ran out the back door and into our play house. Then in my mind I was thinking that everyone in my family was about to die because I didn't say anything. I felt so bad, but I couldn't move out of the play house. I was petrified. But like all dreams, nothing makes sense, because the next thing I remember is that I was with my mom in the grocery store. When we walked out to get into the car, all the doors were gone! In the back of my mind I knew it was the salesman that dad had been talking to at home. But for some reason I still couldn't tell mom what I had saw.

And that is where my dream ended. Till next time!
